You can use this app, online and offline from the internet. If you have a location without internet access, you are still able to scan and see the actual safety status. All you need is an open account. The sync function synchronize the mobile device with your account database and downloads all relevant data to your mobile device. All data are securely stored in a professional and certified hosting center.
